Gaming firm Nazara's NODWIN acquires Trinity Gaming

NODWIN Gaming, backed by Nazara Technologies, has acquired the gaming agency Trinity Gaming in a deal valued at 24 crore ($2.8 million).

With this acquisition, Trinity Gaming will become a fully owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, marking a key move to strengthen its presence and capabilities in India’s gaming and content ecosystem. The deal involves acquiring 100% of Trinity’s share capital through a mix of secondary sale and stock swap, with a total consideration of up to 24 crores. The payment will be partly in cash (up to 4.8 crore) and the rest through the exchange of NODWIN Gaming equity shares.

Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming focuses on empowering India’s gaming influencer community. The platform serves as a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and is India’s only Gaming Multi-Channel Network (MCN) on YouTube, managing over 1,000 creators. Trinity has partnered with leading global brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton. As part of the transaction, Trinity's founders will become shareholders in NODWIN and continue to lead the business.

NODWIN Gaming sees Trinity’s expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations as a valuable asset, helping enhance its ability to form strong partnerships with gaming creators and brands. Moving forward, NODWIN plans to expand Trinity's reach into emerging markets like Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East, while also merging its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity, with the founder’s taking leadership.
